Although Royal Mail 1st Class delivery can take between 1 to 3 working days from the dispatch date, it's been our experience that the majority of packages arrive just a day or two after this estimated delivery period.
Any orders with a value over £20.00 will automatically be sent via a Royal Mail Recorded service, a signature will be required.

For all orders placed in Europe, delivery times will usually be between 2 to 7 working days (depending on destination country.
For all international orders placed outside of Europe, delivery times will usually be between 5 to 10 working days (depending on destination country.
- The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only. GadgetWear are not responsible if this varies.
- All deliveries will require a signature on receipt, apart from those delivered using the Royal Mail Standard 2nd/1st Class service (UK). However, where the value of your total order exceeds £20.00, we will send the goods via a Royal Mail 'Signed For' service free of charge, unless the 1st Class or Special Delivery option has been selected.
- In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
- Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers. It is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
- When you sign for a delivery, you accept the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
- If goods are returned to GadgetWear because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is non refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send the goods.
- For missing or delayed items please note that we have to wait 15 days before we are able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
Returns / Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival, GadgetWear must be notified within 7 working days via email address provided below. Claims outside this period will not be accepted. Please message us to organise the item’s return and we will then either replace it or issue a full refund immediately (details of how to do this at the end).
At GadgetWear we want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and our customer service.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items because it isn’t what you expected, or you have simply changed your mind. For this reason GadgetWear offer the option to cancel and return the item within 7 working days from the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please message us via email address provided at the end.
Once we have acknowledged the return please then package the item securely in the original packaging and send it to us within a maximum 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the returned item we will assess it and the money will be refunded. In this instance GadgetWear will refund the price paid for the item, additional services where requested by the customer (such as express delivery) will be excluded. We will not however refund the cost of the return postage. We would recommend you send items Recorded when returning them, as we are not responsible if the item is lost or damaged in the return post.
All our products come with a 6 month warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. Our guarantees refer to the quality, durability and relative fitness for purpose during the first 6 months after delivery. Guarantees will be invalidated if, in our opinion, product failure is caused by inappropriate or excessive use.
When returning an item, please ensure you contact us via email address provided below. This should include your full name, email address, delivery address, original order reference number and reason for return. Please exercise reasonable care and suitable cover when returning items as we are not responsible if the item is lost or damaged in the return post. If your item doesn't arrive back to us we can not refund you.
Any products returned will be assessed by our Quality Assurance department before any action is taken. If we find no fault with the item(s) then no refund will be issued and we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee, or minimum of £10 whichever is greater, plus recover any delivery charges incurred. If an item is faulty, we reserve the right to repair or replace. If this is not possible, a credit will be issued.
